RALEIGH’S 3RD ANNUAL NORTH CAROLINA WINE FESTIVAL

This is the largest wine festival in North Carolina. CAROLINA ANNUAL RENAISSANCE FESTIVAL AND ARTISAN MARKETPLACE
When: Saturdays & Sundays, Sept. 30 – Nov. 19

This festival is fun for all ages by making history come alive with non-stop entertainment, arts and crafts, games and rides, jousting knights on horseback, feasting and much more. The Artisan Marketplace features over 100 vendors displaying a variety of unique, hand-made wares. The Village’s concessionaires offer a wide assortment of confections, premium meats on sticks, stews, sandwiches and many other menu items. Craft beers, soft drinks and refreshments also available.

LAKE CAROLINA’S
WINE & FOOD FESTIVAL

14th annual Lake Carolina’s Wine & Food Festival brings fine wines, dining and entertainment to the shores of Lake Carolina. This event is in support of Children’s Charities of the Midlands. Featured this year: fine wines from Sam’s Fine Wines and Spirits paired with delicious hors d’oeuvres by Scott Hall Catering. Also featured: Mimosa station from Sallie’s Greatest drink syrups, distilled spirits samples from Gorget Distilling Company, and gourmet oil and vinegar tastings with The Crescent Olive. There will be chef demonstrations, a silent auction, ticket raffle and great music.

2ND ANNUAL CLT’S MACDOWN MAC-N-CHEESE COMPETITION & CRAFT BEER TASTING

A mac and cheese competition and craft beer tasting that celebrates the dish by featuring variations spanning continents and cultures. This is an all-inclusive food and beverage event, so it is 21 and over only.

VIRGINIA WINE AND GARLIC FESTIVAL

This festival is “Always a Stinkin’ Good Time”. This event features Virginia wines, live entertainment, arts, crafts and garlic! Also featured are tastings by guest wineries, multiple stages with live entertainment, over 150 unique arts, crafts and specialty foods.
