HONEYSUCKLE GELATO OPENING NEW LOCATION IN CHARLOTTE’S OPTIMIST HALL

Southern-inspired Gelato Shop to open Optimist Hall Food Stall on August 1. The sweet treat masters behind Atlanta-based Honeysuckle Gelato are thrilled to announce the opening of their second location at Optimist Hall in Charlotte, NC! Honeysuckle Gelato has been a staple in Atlanta since their food truck days beginning in 2011. Now, Honeysuckle offers its gelato at their brick-and-mortar location in Atlanta’s Ponce City Market, Charlotte’s Optimist Hall, and in select retail locations across the Southeast. Honeysuckle Gelato’s rotating flavors are served up in scoops, sandwiches, shakes, and slushies (Charlotte only). Their hand-crafted gelato is the perfect balance of innovative and classic, all while remaining distinctly inspired by their Southern roots. Honeysuckle’s motto is to “Be Sweet,” which goes much beyond the flavors. The company is a proud partner of the Feeding America Network and donates 5% of company-wide profits. In Charlotte, Honeysuckle will partner with Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina. The grand opening of Optimist Hall will be held Thursday, August 1 from 10:30a.m. – 9:00p.m.
