  1. 2 parts Glenfiddich 14 Year Old Bourbon Barrel Reserve

  2. Bruised Mint Leaves

  3. Simple Syrup

Method: Build with crushed ice and garnish with mint sprigs in a traditional Julep cup.

Midsummer Mimosa

  1. 1 part Hendrick’s Midsummer Solstice

  2. 2 parts Orange Juice

  3. 2 parts Sparkling Wine

  4. Garnish with Orange Slice

Method: Combine Hendrick’s Midsummer and orange juice in a flute. Top with sparkling wine. Garnish with orange slice.

Irish Gold Rush – Created by Tullamore D.E.W National Ambassador Donna Stewart

  1. 2 parts Tullamore D.E.W. Original

  2. ¾ parts Fresh Lemon Juice

  3. ¾ parts Honey Syrup

  4. Lemon Twist

Method: Combine all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker. Shake until well chilled, about 10 seconds. Strain into an ice-filled old-fashioned glass, garnish with a lemon twist.

Fistful Old Fashioned

  1. 2 parts Fistful of Bourbon

  2. ½ parts Simple Syrup

  3. 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Method: Combine ingredients and stir over ice. Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass. Garnish with a large grapefruit peel (optional).

  2. 2 parts Club Soda

  3. Lemon Wedge Garnish

  1. 1 ½ parts Reyka Vodka

  2. ¾ part Aperol

  3. ¾ part Lime

  4. ¼ part Turbinado Simple

Method: Combine all ingredients. Possible middle limes. Serve over crushed ice in rocks glass and garnish with lime slice.

Agua Colada – Courtesy of Flor de Caña Rum

  1. 2 parts Flor de Caña 7 Year

  2. 1 part Coconut Water

  3. ¾ part Pineapple Juice

  4. ½ part Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice

  5. ½ part Fresh Lime Juice

  6. ½ part Simple Syrup

Method: Pour all ingredients in a tall glass filled with ice.  Stir briskly until well chilled. Top with grated nutmeg, garnish with a slice of pineapple.

I like Piña ColadasCourtesy of Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum

  1. 1 part Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum

  2. ½ part Coconut Cream

  3. 1 ½ parts Pineapple Juice

  4. Fresh pineapple garnish

Method: Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add all, shake vigorously and pour into a chilled highball glass filled with ice cubes. Garnish with fresh pineapple

The Mercadito – Created by Milagro Tequila National Ambassador Jaime Salas

  1. 2 parts Milagro Silver

  2. ¾ part Agave Nectar

  3. 1 part Fresh Lime Juice

  4. 4 Cucumber slices

  5. 1 Pinch Cilantro

  6. 1 Thin Jalapeño Slice

Method: Muddle cucumber, cilantro and jalapeño slice in a Boston shaker. Add remaining ingredients and shake vigorously with ice. Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Garnish cocktail with cucumber slice and cilantro sprig.

The Mai Tizzle Swizzle – Courtesy of Monkey Shoulder Blended Malt Scotch Whisky

  1. 1 ½ parts Monkey Shoulder

  2. 1 part Fresh Lime Juice

  3. ¼  part Orange Liqueur

  4. ½ part Liber & Co Orgeat

  5. ¼ part Liber & Co Passion Fruit Liqueur

  6. 3 dashes of Angostura Bitters

  7. Garnish with a lime wheel and brandied cherry flag.

Method: Combine ingredients, shake and double-strain over fresh ice and garnish with a lime wheel and brandied cherry.

The ExeneCreated by Hudson Whiskey National Ambassador David Powell

  1. 1 ½ parts Hudson Baby Bourbon

  2. 1 part Aperol Aperitif

  3. ½ part Fresh Lemon Juice

  4. ½ part Honey Syrup

  5. Half-dropper of Bittermens Elemakule Tiki Bitters (comes in dropper format—2 dashes if decanted into dasher bottle)

DIRECTIONS: add ingredients to shaker with ice, and shake to chill.

Option #1 (center): shaken with egg white or ¾ oz aquafaba (chickpea water), strained into cocktail glass, and garnished with lemon twist

Option #2 (left): strained over ice and topped with soda and garnished with lemon wedge

Option #3 (right): strained over the rocks and garnished with lemon wedge & cherry
